pROJECTS
In this last project I worked with Daisy. We started out making a website for people to learn how to be organized, and really looked into that topic. Then, we turned it into a project based on Mental Health Awareness Month. Not being organized makes you stressed, and stress relates to anxiety. We decided to base it more around that to make it more interesting and have a bigger impact on others to bring awareness. We made a poster board with what anxiety is, what causes it, some of the symptoms, and how it can be helped. We also made a styrofoam manikin head to show the parts of the brain that are affected. Overall this project’s main goal was to just bring awareness to the topic.
improvement projects
For my improvement project, I decided to learn how to rollerblade. I learned how to rollerblade in steps, starting out with standing up on them, and ending with actually rollerblading in my driveway. It was an interesting process that had its ups and downs. I fell at lot, and ended with a bit of scrapes, but it was worth it. I learned that no matter what the task it, you can accomplish it with time and patience.
Self project
For my self project, I made a video over my gymnastics. I captured my failures, and my successes. Through this self project, I learned how your failures make you who you are, and no matter what, working hard will get you to where you need to be.
